Aliyah Stories

Dah lama tak cerita ceritun pasal kakak.. asik2 citer pasal Aisya jer.. hehe... Aliyah sekarang dh makin tinggi n kurus.. makan bnyak tp still cekeding.. kakak nie jenis yang senang naik hangin.. n sgt laaa ringan mulut.. sikit2 jer nak menjawab.. memang la agak panazzz mama dia nie dibueknya.. susah jgk n agak makan masa aku nak memahami karakter aliyah nie.. sejekap dia happy n manja.. sekejap lagik tk sampai 1 minit dia dh leh naik hangin!! camana tu?? bila hubby lama outstaion aritu aku hantar aliyah g kelas piano.. masa tu aku berdua jer ngan dia.. aina n aisya stay kat umah ngan makcu (teacher taska aisya).. masa tu la aku cuba slow talk ngan dia.. alhamdulillah rasanya aku boleh sikit2 memahami karakter kakak n camana nak bagi dia cool down balik.. :-)

Ini kisah last week - balik sekolah, aliyah inform yang dia kena buat persembahan untuk sekolah agama (KAFA) sempena majlis penyampaian hadiah akhir tahun. tapi disebabkan tak dpt apa2 surat so aku n hubby buat endah tak endah jer la.. rupe2nya kakak bukan jer buat persembahan tapi dapat hadiah jugak.. huhu... Mama mintak maaf yer sayang... KAFA nie pun satu, bagik la surat maklumkan.. at least parents tau la... nie tup2 semalam aliyah balik bawak result n piala... huhu... as a parent aku rasa bersalah la kan.. patutnya aku g untuk bagi sokongan pada anak2..
at least anak2 akan rasa bersemangat untuk teruskan usaha masa akan dtg..

itu hal KAFA.. yang nie hal Sek kebangsaan lak! semalam dpt surat yang aliya dpt amik anugerah, then bila baca2..majlis tu ari nie!! hangin ke tak hangin?? kita nie bekerja.. ada majikan.. of course la nak mintak pelepasan bagai... huhu... hubby malas nak gi sebab aliyah merosot kat sekolah kebangsaan.. tapi aliyah dah merengek2 suruh pergi.. mamanya ni cair gak lah tgk ank merengek2..huhu.. nasib la bos aku okey.. hehe.. bila gi majlis tu .. ianya idok la seperti yang aku gambarkan.. ahaks... maklum la dolu2 zaman aku sekolah ada persembahan bagai! yang nie.. huhu sungguh membosankan.. abih je giliran Aliyah aku, hubby n aina terus jer bangun beredar.. Sebenarnya tak patut aku buat cenggitu.. tapi mmg aku tak leh nak duduk terus kat situ... betui2 membosankan... I'm so sorry..

IKEA Lagi..

semalam aku migrain.. dh lama tk kena tetiba kena.. tak larat.. otw balik dr opis tk dpt thn dh..abih term***** dlm kete.. jalan jem. tkder tmpt nk berhenti.. huhu.. arini pun masih ada lagi sisa2 sakit kepala tu.. tapi bila hubby ajak g IKEA.. laju jer mulut ni jawab nak! hehe.. sebabnya aku ada misi nak ke sana.. dr aritu dh bagitau k.ceni n k.zura.. so, dalam kul 4 ptg aku anak beranak bertolak ke IKEA.. Ajak Zu n nas join sekali..

Aliya Aina dgn Nas n Arsyad..

Aisya yang stress... nak bf.. tapi bilik bf tu full.camana la tak full.. ada 1 kerusi jer.. huhu..tgu punya tgu..tk dpt turn jugak.. cian anak mama yang ucuk macam nie..

Kul 9 baru selesai agenda kat IKEA.. dapat yang dihajatkan .. harapnya lepas nie ghajin le.. jangan duk beli jer pastu simpan kat almari.. hehe..

Puding Koktel Berkuah

Semalam department aku adakan jamuan makan. patutnya nak buat masa ghayer aritu.. tapi memandangkan ghamai yang takder makan tertunda2 sampai la ke semalam. jamuan makan kali nie idok le order katering cm dulu2.. la nie lebih kpd potluck.. so aku meng`offer' diri nak buat puding..





sementelah aku amat suka makan puding koktel berkuah yang mak mentua selalu buat maka aku nak ler kongsi rasa puding tu ngan kengkawan.. atas permintaan kgkwn yang nak buat untuk anakanda2 tercinta dan mgkin jugak buat suami/pakwe tercinta.. makanya aku buh la kat sini resepi puding nie...




    Puding K.O.K.T.E.L Berkuah

    Bahan2: (anggaran 80-90 acuan mcm dlm gambar tu ea..)

    2 peket agar-agar
    1 tin besar buah koktel (buang airnya)
    2 tin laici (asingkan airnya)
    2 tin susu cair (aku guna Ideal)
    2-3 biji telur (aku guna 2 biji jer)
    Air secukupnya
    tepung jagung
    gula (ikut suka nak manis macam mana)

    Cara buat puding:

    1. Masak agar2 dengan air secukupnya (lupa lak nak sukat).
    2. Bila agar2 dah hancur, masukkan gula 2 senduk (takyah manis sgt sbb makan dgn kuah) kacau hingga gula hancur.
    3. Pukul telur dgn 1 tin susu cair dan masukkan ke dalam agar2 tadi.
    4. Masukkan 2 sudu tepung jagung yang telah dibancuh.
    5. Tuangkan ke dalam bekas2 kecil yang telah diisi buahan koktel dan laici.
    6. Sejukkan.

    Cara Buat Kuah Puding:

    1. Panaskan 1 tin susu cair dan air laici (yang diasingkan tadi)
    2. Tambah air secukupnya (kalau nk kuah banyak)
    3. Masukkan gula (ikut manis nak mcm mana) dan kacau hingga hancur
    4. Masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung (ikut suka kuah tu nk pekat mcm mana..) dan kacau sebati.
    5. Sejukkan dalam fridge.

    ** sedap dimakan sejuk2.. nyum..nyum..

    7 DAYS DIET PROGRAME


    Apa ker benda nya one week diet programme nie? actually last monday my SIL send tis article.. diet nie more to detox programe ler.. bak kata kawan opis, ada monkey diet, goat diet n etc..hehe.. so, arini aku terasa nak post kat sini (sharing is caring kan..)..

    Aku plan nak try diet nie next week.. ghamai2 ngan kawan opis.. Insya-Allah.. tapi ahad nie kena la start g beli bnyak buah n sayuran.. hehe.. aku paste kat sini ea apa bendanya diet nie:


    7 DAYS DIET PROGRAME

    This program is designed for a target weight loss of 5-6kgs per week. It will also improve your attitude and emotions because of its systematic cleansing effects. The effectiveness of this 7 day plan is that the foods eaten burn more calories than they give to the body in caloric value. This plan can be used as often as you like to without any fear of complications. It is designed to flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being. After 7 days you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds. You will have an abundance of energy and an improved disposition.

    During the first 7 days you must drink 10 glasses of water each day.

    DAY ONE
    All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consists of all fruits you want. It is suggested you consume lost of watermelon and cantaloupe.

    DAY TWO
    All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the new and cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the account or type. Avoid oil and coconut while cooking vegetables. Have large boiled potato for breakfast.

    DAY THREE
    Any mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet and No potatoes today.

    DAY FOUR
    Bananas and milk. Today you will eat as many as 8 bananas and drink 3 glasses of milk. You can also have I bowl of vegetables soup.

    DAY FIVE
    Today is a feast day. You will eat 1 cup of rice.** You also have to eat 6 whole tomatoes and drink 12 glasses of water today to cleanse your system of the excess uric acid you will be producing.

    DAY SIX
    Today is another all vegetables day. You must eat 1 cup of rice today and eat all the vegetables you want cooked and uncooked to your heart’s content.

    DAY SEVEN
    Today your food intake will consist of 1 cup rice, fruit juice and the vegetables you care to consume. Tomorrow morning you will be 5 to 8 kgs. lighter than 1 week ago. If you desire further weight loss, repeat the program again. Repeat the program as often as you like, however, it is suggested that you rest for 3 days before every repetition.

    You have your system under control now and it will thank you for all the purging and cleansing you just gave it. Even more than a diet program it is good to follow this diet once in a while to clean your
    digestive system and remove toxic substances that have a accumulated in the system.


    ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

    The most important element of the program is the 10 tall glasses of water a day. You can also flavor the water with some lemon to make the drink easier. While on the program, take only black coffee and never more than one teaspoon of oil. Preferably do not use oil because the high calorific content. No fruit juices before day seven.

    Here is what happens to you body while you are on this program and how and why it works.

    Day 1: You are preparing your system for the upcoming program. Your only source of nutrition is fresh fruits. Fruits are nature’s perfect food. They provide everything you can possibly want to sustain life except total balance and variety.

    Day 2: Starts with a fix complex carbohydrates in the form of a boiled potato. This is taken in the form of a boiled potato and taken in the morning to provide energy and balance. The rest of the day too consists of vegetables which are virtually calories free and provide essential nutrients and fiber.

    Day 3: Eliminates the potato because you get your carbohydrates from fruits. Your system is now prepared to start burning excess pounds. You will have cravings, which should start to diminish by day four.

    Day 4: Bananas and milk. You are in for a surprise. You probably will not be able to eat all the bananas allowed. But they are there fore the potassium you have lost and the sodium you may have missed the last three days. You will notice a definite loss of desire for sweets and you will be surprised at how easy this day will go.

    Day 5: Rice and tomatoes. The rice is for the carbohydrates and the tomatoes are for the digestion and the fiber. Lots of water purifies your system. You should notice colorless urine today. Do not feel you have to eat one cup rice, you may eat less. But you must eat six tomatoes.

    Day 6: It is similar to five. Vitamins and fiber from the vegetables and carbohydrates from the rice. By now your system is in a total weight loss inclination. There should be a noticeable difference in the way you look today compared to day one.

    More than one cup of coffee with milk is especially forbidden. Milk and oil add empty calories to your diet. Avid coffee lovers can console themselves with black coffee. However, after the first week,it will help your digestion and set your stomach. The key think to remember is that if you are hungry at any time, then you are not following the diet correctly. Almost all people give up the diet when they are hungry because of dieting. The secret of this program is that you should never hungry. If it is a vegetable day, eat so much vegetable so that you are never hungry. If it is a fruits day, eat so much fruits that you are never hungry. You may be bored of eating vegetables all day, but you should not be hungry.

    Pengalaman Orang yang pernah buat Diet nie...

    I went thru this program but with little modification. I started my diet on the 7th September after a heavy breakfast. My wife has been nagging me to reduce my weight and later my maid started nagging me too. I was 110 kilo when I started, my waist size was 44 and stomach circumference was 48 inches. Today I am 98kg, waist size dropped to 40 and stomach circumference is 45.

    Aisya Tak Sihat

    sabtu aritu dlm kul 11 mlm hubby sampai dari Perak. patutnya ari ahad baru balik.. apa lagik! excited la aliya aina.. mama nya pun same ler.. hehe.. masa hubby sampai aisya dh tido. hubby duk kacau2 ler budak tu tdo.. sampai bangun dibuatnya.. huhu.. tapi aisya malu2 tgk ayah dia.. hehe.. nyampah tul tgk aksi malu kucing echa tu..

    dalam kul2 mcm tu aisya duk merengek2.. bagi nenen.. siap nenen dia muntah.. mnyembur.. banyak tul! terkejut aku.. kul 4 muntah lagik.. berlarutan la sampai ke siang ari.. tapi aku mmg dh perasan aisya tk berapa lalu nk makan ari sabtu tu.. nenen jer.. bagi makan diluahkan balik. ari nie lagik la.. dh muntah2 mana lalu nk makan. tghari g umah mama.. lunch kat sana.. ingat dah ok, nengok ptg tu muntah2 lagik.. terus bawk gi klinik Pakar Yong.. doc bg ubat tahan muntah (yg insert).. dh la si echa tkleh bagi makan or minum pe2 sampai 2 jam.. huhu.. dh merengek jer la si geger mama ni..

    ** Aisya duk merab.. nasib ler ayah dh balik... melekat jer la ngah ayah nya tu..

    mlm nmpk ok ckit muntah nya.. tup2 cirit birit lak.. macam air paip.. huhu.. so, semalam aku EL. bwak echa g Klinik AN Nur lak.. pagi masa kat klinik echa masih ok lagik..nengok kat gambar nun..ceria abis la.. nak2 pulak gambar yang masa kak aina dukung tu.. baby echa mmg ngan tul ngan kak aina dia tu.. kalau tgh monyok kak aina agah2 ckit jer dh tersenyum..


    ** suar aisya tu jap sama kaler ngan baju sat lain.. huhu.. yang dh bertukar kaler tu sbb dh bocor daa.. masa kat klinik... huhu

    masuk tghari jer dia dh lembik.. tdo n baring jer.. sedih aku tgk.. hubby lagi la kan..


    arini aku terpaksa antar echa g nursery.. mklum ler cuti tinggal 4 hari untuk tahun nie.. nie baru pas cal nursery.. aisya ok ckit. idok ler baring jer.. dh mula tunjuk selera nk makan.. tp aku bgtau ckgu go slow... takut lak dia muntah2 balik..
